UPDATE v4.0.41 No internet Connection detected on Factory resetting R3, here is what to do....

I made the decision to factory reset my device, attempting this process three times; however, each time, there was no internet connection detected. Despite patiently waiting for ten minutes for the internet logo to appear on my laptop desktop, it failed to indicate a connection to the computer. Frustrated, I opted to press the advanced WAN settings, and finally, the internet connection showed up on my desktop. Interestingly, during the second and third attempts at resetting the R3, I had to refresh the Chrome browser to detect the internet connection, which initially did not reflect on my laptop. Only after pressing "continue" did the connection finally appear on my laptop screen. The troubleshooting process, though requiring multiple attempts and adjustments, eventually resulted in a successful restoration of the internet connection on desktop/laptop.🤪

Thank you for letting us know, I'll pass it onto the team to look into.

@Netduma FraserI had this happen to me in .41 and after a short while it said connected it wasn't as quickly as it was in .23. Appears to have happened in .40 and 41.

@Netduma FraserI had this happen when I factory reset after updating from v.23 to v.40, the setup wizard showed 'No Internet Connection Detected' even though I definitely had a connection, I closed the browser and when I opened it again it showed 'Internet Connected'
