Android app suddenly useless?  Non-helpful error message claims unspecified platform newly unsupported. 

Which platform, and why, and why is this error message so pointlessly vague?

• R1 3.0.207
• DumaMobile.Droid 1.2.1
• Motorola G7 Power
• Android 10, build QPOS30.85-23-7

Attempted fixes:

• App cache and storage wiped
• App deleted
• Phone restarted
• App reinstalled
• Phone restarted
• Router restarted

The platform would be your router, the R1, as it's an old version it's likely not compatible with the newest version of the app. I'll pass it onto the team to have a look at.

I'M  getting the same message im using  samsung fold 4 .Any way to fix issue.

It would need to be an app update

I was getting the same thing, just cleared the cache and storage of the app and it worked.

We did do an update on the app recently so that'll be why, thanks for confirming!

Internal service error deleted cache and everything it's not working I'll try again and see what happens

Nope both don't work gonna reboot if I have to keep rebooting I'm just gonna either go back ti my asus or use xr1000 till this is fixed

finally at last the Duma OS is working properly i can now use the app but in the past i have not been using the app since that time whne the update was not released yet which is great thanks on the update for the app i have the same issue as the first post of this problem which is ""This Platform is not supported by DumaOS" as a user of Netduma R1
 

but i can access it through the PC which have no problem at all but the app itself was the problem in the past updates but now the update is now supporting the old R1 

im happy to use it

I'll pass it onto the team to see if they can do that but I think the requirement for the app now might be or will be 3.3 and up

As long as your R1 is above DumaOS version 3, it should work. I'll test the app with an R1 tomorrow.

With the current release you can log in with an R1, although there are a few compatibility issues that I'm going to fix.
