Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2024 Administrators Posted January 29, 2024 Is the phone directly connected to the R3 WiFi?
Khalid Posted January 29, 2024 Author Posted January 29, 2024 Please see the steps in n pictures attached
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2024 Administrators Posted January 29, 2024 What is the version number of the app? You should find this in your phone settings for the app
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2024 Administrators Posted January 29, 2024 The version should be 1.2.10 do you see that?
Khalid Posted January 29, 2024 Author Posted January 29, 2024 I didn’t see that number only 40 can you share the correct app on iPhone to download please
DARKNESS Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 @KhalidIf your using a vpn then your not going to be able to have access to the interference as I can access it myself through my mac and XS max with no issues https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dumaos/id1532022492?platform=iphone
Khalid Posted January 29, 2024 Author Posted January 29, 2024 Hi @DARKNESS I am not using any vpn only I connect to R3 WiFi and now I found the version no which I downloaded before , it is 1.2.10 I tried again but didn’t work
DARKNESS Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 @KhalidWhat version are you currently running on the R3?
Khalid Posted January 29, 2024 Author Posted January 29, 2024 It may be help if I do factory reset for R3 and starting with iPhone app again ???
DARKNESS Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 @KhalidTry disabling private wifi address on ios wifi settings
DARKNESS Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 @Khalid If you haven't done a factory reset then you should as it gets rid old code that may cause issues Simple method R3 Go to Settings>Troubleshooting>Factory Reset
Khalid Posted January 29, 2024 Author Posted January 29, 2024 @DARKNESS I have done before after Fw installing and tried now to disable private WiFi and same issue Thank you @DARKNESSfor all help steps 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2024 Administrators Posted January 29, 2024 That is the correct app version, if you use the QR code method instead does that work?
DARKNESS Posted January 29, 2024 Posted January 29, 2024 @Netduma FraserI think I figured out why he may have the issue it because he's not allowing local network access and it a bug in the app as well as if you don’t accept to give access to the local network then you can’t access the network through the app either manually/Scan code options. Also I got a bug crash giving access to the local network. @KhalidGo to settings privacy & security>Local Network and allow DumaOS to have access. sentcrash.log
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2024 Administrators Posted January 29, 2024 Ahh that's a good shout @DARKNESS, does that work for you @Khalid?
Khalid Posted January 30, 2024 Author Posted January 30, 2024 Hi @DARKNESSand @Netduma Fraser I will try later as I am out now and I will give feedback Netduma Fraser 1
