Ethernet not working but wireless is?

Can get my computer to the internet via wireless to the net duma R3 but the Hardwire shows connected to the computer but when i shut the wireless off it does not connect on ethernet?

Try renewing the dhcp lease on the network settings to clarify am referring to the device your connected to on the lan so it would be on your systems adapter settings.

Hi !
These are 2 separate network cards with their own Mac address so normally you should be able to connect both at the same time.
Check your yellow port ethernet cable on the R3.
Have you modified any parameters on your PC on the ethernet card?
