Firmware 0.23 - Router is restarting randomly every 2 hours

I can't tell whats the issue whether software or hardware. But I'm gettting frequently disconnected from the internet and router restarts randomly every few hours. I can see my ISP router and WIFI is working fine. I'ts just the R3 randonly restarting.

@DeeKay_FPSHave you tried doing a hard reset? if possible capture a log by going to Settings>Troubleshooting>Advanced>System Logs>Download Logs

Am I supposed to download the log after the router restarts ?

@DeeKay_FPSIf possible before it restarts but it doesn't generally matter as it can provide some info though did you try hard resetting the router?

Yes - I did a hard reset after the 0.23 update.

The best would be to wait for the R3 to reconnect to capture the logs!

This will allow you to better understand the reasons for the breakdown you are experiencing!

Can you tell us how your R3 is managed behind your ISP? (DMZ, ; DHCP ; PPPoE ; Vlan...)

Sounds like a potential power issue, do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?

I tried pluggin in the R3 direct to an outlet and my internet stopped working for few minutes again. I have a log with me. Is it safe to share it here or Should I DM you ? Please let me know

That's great thank you, I can't see anything there myself but I've passed it onto the devs for a closer look. In terms of the rebooting, has that stopped since plugging it direct to an outlet?

Yes , No restart for the last two days. Only the random random internet disconnect. I also noticed when PC boots up it shows as unidentified network on windows then it it connects to internet after few minutes.

Okay great, that's progress. Will get back to you once I know more about disconnects. 

We're aware of that issue and looking into it
