mcallisterbr69 Posted January 9, 2024 Posted January 9, 2024 Just got My NetDuma R3 today did the setup and it did a software update and the speedtest doesn't work and the Ping Optimiser does nothing.... Not sure what the problem is....
pollutionblues Posted January 9, 2024 Posted January 9, 2024 The team are aware that Speedtest and ping optimiser are not 100% reliable and are working to solve the issues. For the moment I would suggest running a test on speedtest.net and entering your speeds manually then manually adjusting your Congestion Control sliders in Ping Optimiser > Advanced
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 9, 2024 Administrators Posted January 9, 2024 Exactly as above, best to change it manually for the moment while we work to improve it.
Gianpaolo Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 @Netduma Fraser fraser io sto provando ad usare nuovamente r3 dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento ma purtroppo non funziona nè speed test nè Ping optimizer. Connesso in dhcp con modem isp. Tutto il resto funziona . Qual’è la soluzione al mio problema?

I notice the same issues with speed test and optimizer not working. If you have your R3 connected to your ISP router, make sure you have DMZ enabled on your one your ISP router, this fixed it for me.
mcallisterbr69 Posted February 10, 2024 Author Posted February 10, 2024 My ISP's router doesn't have DMZ it's in Bypass Mode but everything still dosen't work in or out of all the modes......
