Geo-Filter in MW3

Geo-Filter looks like it is working but when in game and searching for a match its not searching beyond 76ms ping and is activly getting blocked from connecting to servers out side the Geo-Filter area. is there something im doing wrong? i live on the east coast of usa and am trying to connect to servers on the west coast.

The suggestions below should help if you are continuing to connect to servers outside of your radius. 
* Disable GeoLatency
* Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
* Enable Strict Mode
* Disable Fast Search
Then restart the game if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and check again.

my problem is that the game is not searching far enugh to connect to the servers i have geo restricted

You sound as if your trying to force the region to change it doesn’t work like that buddy you would need HVPN for that which isn’t available at the moment.
