This should be how R3 works not backward…

When you release the hardware next time make sure that vpn is already available… not all players and your customers are near the server… 

 i’m div 2-3 player but now i cant get pass div 5 coz all my players move so slow and so much delay on passing and shooting…after refresh of season in FC24… its hard to accept that i have to return the R3 to the box and re use the R2 as it gives me the best ping consistent ping unlike R3 theres no full bars then always high ping…

What firmware are you using on the r2?

As the VPN page mentioned we had to take it out last minute, it was either that or delay the launch entirely.

Are you using SmartBOOST/Congestion Control and the Geo-Filter? How have you set them up exactly?

I did all the experiments and still no success so i decided to put down the R3. If u have updates there to test pls share it to me

Could you clarify what that means? There are a lot of things you could have done. Settings do need to be fine tuned and a firmware won't do that

All the basic and advance settings i did and still bad connection and ping… so i decided to use R2 as it has vpn and it really helps me to lower the Ping honestly

They are asking for specifics, like what did you change, what is turned on/off, geo-filter etc. They can't help you troubleshoot if you don't give them details bro, I just got my R3 in while I was on lunch. Will be installing it tonight and see what everyone is talking about and try to do a walkthrough video if I have better success. In the mean time, be specific, they are here to help you
