Some devices, does that mean some are connected to the ISP modem/router? How have you set that up to pass traffic to the R3? How have you set Congestion Control?

All my devices are connected in R3 have turn off wifi ips modem and in qos have juste gaming priorities

Is it in modem/bridge mode or have you put the R3 in its DMZ? You'll need to do one of those for the optimum connection.

Congestion Control is in Ping Optimizer > Advanced

Its in dmz in modem ISP > DMZ > R3

I'd still suggest changing Congestion Control, try 70% and see if it is any better

Its in 70 in download and 85 in upload

I'll take the time to explain everything 

i'll start with the XR500 : ea fc 24 : NO JITTER, LOSS ~ 1% gameplay not stable heavy sometimes rapid matches don't look the same ! 
with the R3 incredibly fluid gameplay i've tested several servers ( france, spain , london , zirich ) even if the ping differs but the gameplay remains almost the same no remarkable difference fluid the players respond to commands on the other hand i have jitter on every match ping a little higher on the R3 and loss also higher 

so what annoys me is to see the photos attached the ping to the host is so low but on the lobby and in game x is almost double that I have someone can explain to me what is due to this? 

I also play MW 29 MS no LOSS though  
so if anyone can enlighten us I'm a taker

Ping plotter is a program you download from the Internet. It's a program you should get familiar with. It shows your ping from your router or modem, and it shows all the other hops, or nodes that your Internet connects to. If you can share a screen shot of that it would be nice.

I mean you pinged the game server there while connected to the R3. So instead while you're connected to your modem do it to the game server

Thanks for that, it could be related to another issue we're looking at.

In the meantime, try this, remove the console from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager change it to a PC then re-add it to the Geo-Filter, does it work better then?

Par contre j'ai remarqué une chose justement quand on fait les appareils en PC les paramètres répondent mieux et les supportent mieux par exemple dans le tableau de bord les heures de jeu sont comptées juste pour le pc, Je pense que comme tu dis, il existe un moyen qui fonctionne

Do you ever suffer with crazy heavy input delay? Here in the UK especially the London server it’s horrible night or day. How do you fix this?
