streaming apps keep buffering with r3

How do i stop the buffering.My speeds are 1gig down and 50 up still get buffering.Never had before the  router thanks

Is this happening on wired or WiFi?

In addition to the above are you using SmartBOOST / Congestion Control? The streaming may be prioritized (it is be default) so you could remove this from the priorities on SmartBOOST. Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced is likely to make the most difference though.
