I've seen his response to this on a previous post. You will want to adjust your pc to be recognized as a playstation reboot the r3 and I believe the pc.

Hi Fraser, it´s happening, no ping to Spanish server, only 1/10 times can be possible to ping the server.

 Ive also had this happen to me before but usually a reboot of the R3 cleared it up for me..

If you have tried the above already and still having issues Fraser will be back tomorrow to further assist you..

I only have the problem with the Spanish server, with the rest I can ping them, in any case even if I can't see the ping it stabilizes the connection to all servers…

That is strange it wont ping the Spanish server.. Glad it stabilizes all connections to all servers though.. 👍Thats the main thing..

Fraser will give you better help with this though..

I've given you Early Access, try that firmware instead: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

You won't always be able to ping every server though
