liolio2277 Posted December 19, 2023 Posted December 19, 2023 Hello I've received my Netduma r3 today but having trouble connecting it to Internet via ppoe.In order to do that I need to turn on vlan and use vlan I'd.The problem is that every time I enter the vlan ID it doesn't save anything when I return to the page it's showing 0.Ive tried to reboot multiple times but no success.I ve tried also the oldest firmware but didn't work either.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 19, 2023 Administrators Posted December 19, 2023 That's something we're looking into at the moment, should have a fix tomorrow hopefully. In the meantime are you able to use your ISP modem/router to handle PPPoE/VLAN?
liolio2277 Posted December 19, 2023 Author Posted December 19, 2023 Yes I can but I don't want to be using two routers. Hopefully you resolve that issue soon. Thanks for the quick reply.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 19, 2023 Administrators Posted December 19, 2023 Totally understand, should be available tomorrow!

Genau die gleiche Frage habe ich auch. Habe daheim den Speedport Pro Plus und habe mir den R3 bestellt. Mich interessiert wie ich diese beiden ohne Probleme verbinden kann.
liolio2277 Posted December 20, 2023 Author Posted December 20, 2023 So I upgraded to 4.020 version but still can't enter my Vlan ID.
Yoda Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 The VLANID is being tested at the moment in the next version up ".21" . If you are stuck you could try messaging Netduma Fraser @liolio2277 Please bare with the chaps @ Netduma as they have a lot of DMs and are working as fast as they can to get to everyone.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 21, 2023 Administrators Posted December 21, 2023 I've sent you all a PM with the firmware that fixes VLAN

It's possible the file was corrupted when downloading, delete it from your PC then download it again and attempt the upgrade again please
