Hello I've received my Netduma r3 today but having trouble connecting it to Internet via ppoe.In order to do that I need to turn on vlan and use vlan I'd.The problem is that every time I enter the vlan ID it doesn't save anything when I return to the page it's showing 0.Ive tried to reboot multiple times but no success.I ve tried also the oldest firmware but didn't work either.

so with the r3 i can connect directly connect to my german telekom Vdsl to the internet? without using other modems?

Genau die gleiche Frage habe ich auch. Habe daheim den Speedport Pro Plus und habe mir den R3 bestellt. Mich interessiert wie ich diese beiden ohne Probleme verbinden kann.

The VLANID is being tested at the moment in the next version up ".21" . If you are stuck you could try messaging Netduma Fraser @liolio2277

Please bare with the chaps @ Netduma  as they have a lot of DMs and are working as fast as they can to get to everyone.

Same issue, can't set Vlan id

I have sent you a private message with the firmware that fixes this

I can't do the upgrade even after few reboots. It says the Firmware has invalid signature.

It's possible the file was corrupted when downloading, delete it from your PC then download it again and attempt the upgrade again please
