Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 15, 2023 Administrators Posted December 15, 2023 It should work fine on Google Chrome, do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled? If so disable that and refresh the page
De4d SaVi0r Posted December 15, 2023 Author Posted December 15, 2023 Hey Frazer, I disabled it and refreshed the page but it doesen't work.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 16, 2023 Administrators Posted December 16, 2023 Could you access using the IP address instead so http://192.168.1.1 and see if it works then please?
De4d SaVi0r Posted December 16, 2023 Author Posted December 16, 2023 Sorry i don't understand your question Frazer. 192.168.1.1 is the page for my internet provider router : i tried 192.168.77.1 but it doesn't work :

De4d SaVi0r Posted December 16, 2023 Author Posted December 16, 2023 really strange that on pc it doesn't work with chrome because on mobile it goes fine...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 16, 2023 Administrators Posted December 16, 2023 It is odd it's not working on Chrome, that's what I'm using and it's working well. Could you click the part where it says see error details please? Perhaps we can see the reason it's failing there
De4d SaVi0r Posted December 16, 2023 Author Posted December 16, 2023 Hey Frazer, Here's the part : Yeah it's very strange..
De4d SaVi0r Posted December 16, 2023 Author Posted December 16, 2023 Same here with 192.168.77.1 instead of dumaos/
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 16, 2023 Administrators Posted December 16, 2023 That's brilliant thank you very much, I'll pass that onto the team to look at. Just to double check, if you use an Incognito Window for Chrome does it load correctly? Fairypusher 1
De4d SaVi0r Posted December 16, 2023 Author Posted December 16, 2023 Doesn't work in incognito windows in chrome : Tried with dumaos/ and 192.168.77.1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 16, 2023 Administrators Posted December 16, 2023 Okay great thanks, I think Chrome probably automatically update the browser but is it on the latest version?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 16, 2023 Administrators Posted December 16, 2023 Okay thank you, just wanted to be sure, do you have another device you could try with Chrome at all?
Administrators Netduma Jack B Posted December 21, 2023 Administrators Posted December 21, 2023 Hi Mate, I've spoken to a developer about this and hes said that this should only appear if you've got WebGL disabled in chrome, or perhaps you've disabled hardware acceleration in chrome? Fairypusher 1
Members Netduma Greg Posted December 21, 2023 Members Posted December 21, 2023 Hi, from all of you that has the WebGL issue I need all of these details: your OS (and it's version) your Chrome Version your GPU name In Chrome in chrome://settings/system "Use hardware acceleration when available" is enabled The first issue here is that we don't handle it better if WebGL is not available on the UI. De4d SaVi0r Posted December 22, 2023 Author Posted December 22, 2023 Hi all, I'm very sorry for the delay, i haven't saw your messages Frazer, i tested on another computer and i works well on chrome. So, i knew there was a problem with my chrome on my computer. I resolved the problem : As Netduma Jack B said, the hardware acceleration in my chrome was disabled and when i enable it, it worked 100% fine on chrome. Thanks all for your help, i think it would help a few ppl out there Have a great holiday my friends. PharmDawgg 1
