Hybrid VPN stuck on connecting

I hope someone can help.  I have signed up for purevpn but when I put in my user name and password I to my router it gets stuck on connecting.  Can anyone help

@lokiIf you putting the username and password from your router then that not the correct way your supposed to enter your vpn credentials

If that doesn't work, you can try to configure it manually with an openvpn udp file that pure VPN should provide you!

Good advice above, it's quite possible you'll need to use the Advanced Setup for HybridVPN to connect, in which case you would need to get the OpenVPN configuration files from pure and enter them in the config box on HVPN

Thank you to everyone that replied.  You were right had to use advanced setup and copy over the setup script for the particular country I wanted to use.  Thanks for the help everyone!
