Call of duty packet burst

Hello I'm having problems with the connection in call of duty. 

I seem to be getting lag and then packet burst symbol pops up. I don't know what it even means as I don't experience packet loss in other games. The game is unplayable and no idea what to.

Any suggestions?

Could you provide a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test as well as a screenshot of your QoS page please?

SBMM and EOMM is an algorithm being used excessively by Activision. They are manipulating connections within their servers. I am actually looking for a thread here explaining how DumaOS going forward will, is or will not be able to help in this. 
 

the gist of it is it improves ping and QOS  helps as well but SBMM and packet burst are being manipulated within the server side.  Activision are totally going against the grain of ping is king.

I don't know how it affects EBMM or SBMM but having a consistent connection of 15ms ping, instead of jumping from 25-65ms makes playing a lot more enjoyable.
