EAFC 24 Ping Issues in Canada

I’ve been using Netduma from last 4 months, But I am not sure if I am using it correctly. I usually play EAFC on PC and the Ping that I get is disturbing. Is there a way with the NETDUMA to get better ping. I use Surfshark VPN with Hybrid VPN, it connects to the server I want via Open VPN,  but doesn’t change my ip location also Port forwarding doesn’t work in Netduma router

my router is connected to another ISP provided Modem. I live in Calgary Canada

@SaviIf your using the R2 behind other routers/modems then you must enable the UPNP/manually port forward the ports on the router/modem that passing the connection to the the R2 the R2 is not in the front of the connection then that a step you need to take as for the vpn if your on pc you can get higher speeds by just using the regular vpn application and that may result in lower ping though it negligible you can test it out yourself.

Port Forwarding isn't going to work as you expect when using a VPN. Using a VPN also is likely to increase your ping.

Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page and Geo-Filter page please?

The Geo-Filter isn't enabled so you're just getting servers wherever the game wants to put you so you should enable that. Your Congestion Control percentages are quite high, try with 70% for download and upload
