Just bought an R2 due problems of my Ping and Provider. Setup was easy and Ping went much better. So there is a success. I like that product already a lot.

Now after setting up almost everything and enjoying the product itself it happens from one moment to the other that i can't join other peoples lobbies.

I am in Asia - my friends are in Germany. They can join me. Almost no lag for them BUT some want to play more competitive and there fore request me to join them.

Setup: Fibre Optic Modem, Netduma R2, PS5

Netduma is already (besides all open Ports & UPnP) in the DMZ. But still no chance to join my friends.

I assuming that is may due the Geo fencing? If so please confirm and i can stop researching and accept this fact.

But maybe i forgot something or don't know what to do to make this function possible.

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

PS: The first thing i would love to seen improve is when you whitelist PS friends for the Party Chat and you click on them in the map and want to scroll down, many

times the map just zooms in and out. That's annoying as it is difficult to find the place in the website where to scroll down. This could be more convenient. But overall

a great Product for a reasonable price. I am sure we all dating the hardware up as a WIFI 6 Netduma R3 (?!) is coming soon. Would be great ... for those use cases

where LAN cable is not an option...

It is most likely the Geo-Filter but as you are already aware adding them to your allow list would be the solution, does that not help? That is something that has been suggested before so we'll take a look!
