Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 5, 2023 Administrators Share Posted October 5, 2023 Don't worry about the benchmark results, they use different speed test servers and are not always accurate but it doesn't mean you're being limited. If you do a speedtest.net test connected to the router what do you get?

I have take my. VM out of modem mode for now. I know you have VM so how does your setup work would you mind explaining to me so I can mimic your’s? Or a tutorial would be great. Thank you in advance. I'm not using VM anymore but I did the above and had the R2 in the DMZ on the VM and that's all I changed. It sounds like you're being limited, could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please? Click icon on the Network Map to change the view. Pkendall1986
On the rd2 or VM hub? What ISP are you with now? My contract is up in November so thinking of changing.
Pkendall1986
That’s the pic I took before I reverted back to hub 5 being the router my netduma is unplugged now and not connected at all.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 5, 2023 Administrators Share Posted October 5, 2023 On the R2, you need to switch to the table view so it has the port information
Pkendall1986
in the port table what do I input IP to the ISP ? DMZ, I will turn it back on this evening and have another go at setting it up.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 6, 2023 Administrators Share Posted October 6, 2023 I just need a picture of the Device Manager table view so I can see the port table. For the DMZ on the VM Hub you'll want the WAN IP shown on the R2 System Information page.
