Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 15, 2023 Administrators Share Posted September 15, 2023 The wrong credentials are being used, enter the serial number from the bottom of the router in and you can reset it
Chf Wiggum
I reset like 10 times already. It works until the next time I try to login. If I type in routerlogin.net into my browser it does not work, then it goes to http://routerlogin.net/MNU_access_setRecovery_index.htm It does not work! Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19, 2023 Administrators Share Posted September 19, 2023 Are you unplugging the router from power frequently by any chance? If you put the serial number in can you then change the password?
Chf Wiggum
No, I don't unplug it at all. I fill out all the serial number and all the questions login. Then if I close the browser and go back I have to do it again.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 21, 2023 Administrators Share Posted September 21, 2023 Does your web browser automatically clear cache/cookies when closing a tab or do you have it saved on autofill where it may be trying to enter it automatically?
