gearsniper550 Posted September 4, 2023 Posted September 4, 2023 I dont know why but recently my internet has been disconnecting and reconnecting at random times. Ive tried resetting my router and the R2 but its still been happening, is there anything i could do to possibly stop this from happening?

When it happens do you have access to the R2? If so could you grab the log file from the System Information page please when it next occurs?
DARKNESS Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 @gearsniper550Are you losing internet from the modem or router? If it from the router it might be the dhcp you can refresh it by clicking save and you should regain access you can also increase dhcp hours so it doesn't occur often it this is the issue in your case. Though I would give a log as it helps understand the issue more clearly in certain cases.
