Reykc9510 Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 I had to reset my router I completed all the set up steps an the red light for wifi won't turn from red I can't connect from wifi. I tried the set up from my phone.
DARKNESS Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 It because it not connected to the internet if it shows red it probably the modem not refreshing the ip for the router and I wouldn't personally use the mobile app crappy setup recommend using lan setup it just quicker to do but that up to personal preference To have the IP refreshed just turn off modem and back on that should refresh it and make sure it connected to the router when doing so

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 19, 2023 Administrators Posted June 19, 2023 When you say you can't connect from WiFi do you mean it connects to the WiFi but you have no internet? If so you'll need to complete the Setup Wizard on the interface/app before you can get internet.
