DARKNESS Posted June 19, 2023 Share Posted June 19, 2023 It because it not connected to the internet if it shows red it probably the modem not refreshing the ip for the router and I wouldn't personally use the mobile app crappy setup recommend using lan setup it just quicker to do but that up to personal preference To have the IP refreshed just turn off modem and back on that should refresh it and make sure it connected to the router when doing so Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
