You'll need to access the interface first and complete the Setup Wizard before you get internet. You can do this by going to 192.168.77.1 in your web browser when connected to the router. It you connect your PC directly to the modem do you have a connection to the internet then? If you make it into the setup wizard of the R2 do you get to the point where it says cant not connect? Zippy Posted June 15, 2023 Share Posted June 15, 2023 Heres what I would try again.. Factory reset the R2 again.. Hold the reset button on the back of the R2 for at least 30 seconds.. release and then wait a bit for the R2 to fully reset and boot back up.. Then proceed to the setup wizard again and see if that works.. If it wont connect again just power cycle the modem and then try again to see if the setup wizard can detect your connection.. If you still have an issue we can see what @Netduma Fraser can suggest more for you.. Its strange that what you have done so far hasnt worked.. Good luck and post back with your results. Zippy. If so it could be blocking the interface, either disable it then check or add http://192.168.77.1/ as a trusted site and then check please and try to upgrade immediately.
