XR1000 with PPPoE and congestion control

I got really poor buffer bloat  results and it looks like with PPPoE,  QOS does nothing to control upload traffic.

We're working on resolving that issue, for the moment if you can have your ISP modem/router handle PPPoE that will then allow Congestion Control for Upload to work so you can bring down that bufferbloat result
