With the long weekend, I think the cloud hasn't been updated yet. Resynchronized it and see if it's back, otherwise you'll have to wait for an update from the cloud!

For the location, if you click the pin icon next to the home icon you can click on the map to set the location manually - it doesn't need to be pin point accurate, just in your state will do.

Just to double check, is the R2 internet port connected to the modem LAN port?

He actually reached out to me, when he first plugged in the router and went through the setup it would not detect a location at all no matter what area code or state he would type in, he skipped that step then he actually got access to the OS he he got that force update message for ping heat map and it would not do anything. Then when he would try to re sync cloud he would get that other message, i had him check his browser to see if location services was blocked but it was not. Had him update firmware to (v.3.3.280) and he was having the same issues. Did a factory reset after update and when it went through the setup again it did the same thing for the location

It can happen if its connected incorrectly, it seems like everything is working but it's just being a switch, otherwise it's a potential cloud issue which I have the team looking into. I've asked someone else for a log but haven#t received that yet, if I get one that should point to the issue
