Could be UPnP then perhaps not opening the ports required properly. If you disable UPnP, apply, enable, apply before you launch the game does it then work? Disable the protection options in WAN Settings, then check please. "1. Log into your EA Account at EA.com 2. Go to Account Settings -> Security 3. DISABLE "Login Verification" and save changes 4. On your console, close NHL 23 and reboot the game 5. Attempt to connect to the EA servers" If your console account is linked to a deleted EA account, unlink the accounts and link my current account. Open ports for the game and give your PS a static/reserved IP on the router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN Settings on the router and on your modem if applicable.
