Hi!
I was testing my new fiber, and I noticed that using only Ping Optimizer (Netduma) I get around 30 ping, but if I use another program (Ex*t La*) it decreases even more to 18/20ms. (The screenshots are from fifa, but other games like COD, Warzone, CS:GO,  in Ping Heatmap shows me 40ms and Ex*t L*g gives me 15ms, APEX is the only game that's give me 13MS with Netduma) In fact, in Ping Heatmap it doesn't even show me the servers near me. I have used Resync Cloud but it does not fix anything

I am located in the white point and I have a server in Dallas, why does another external program give me less ping?

Depends on your QOS settings my friend also I really doubt exit lag is going to do much did bit of research just seems to be something similar to like a vpn.

Generally a VPN will help depending in your area that might be the reason for the lower ping can't say since you would have to personally collect data to figure that out

When setting up your QOS and testing benchmark focus on the ping under load which is the buffer bloat in which you basically want the least amount so the experience  is as responsive as possible.

Because they have a better (optimized) routing than your ISP.

that explain a lot of things.

And any solution to be able to see the servers in Ping Heatmap?

As above, it changes the routing to servers which isn't something the router can do.

I'll get the team to update FIFA on heatmap.
