Hello I’m trying to factory reset my xr1000 and every time I do it’s picking up offline devices on device manager? How can completely do a factory reset besides doing the 30 second reset button in the back of the router?

How are you doing the factory reset exactly? The only options are the physical reset as you mentioned and also doing so from the interface - Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase.

I believe what he's trying to say is that devices when offline are being picked up as if they're online which does happen it not as responsive as the r2 from my testing.

If that is the case then yes they may take a little longer than expected to appear offline, we're working to improve that

Thanks Fraser. I was able to delete them. For some reason some devices were being picked up as online when they were actually offline, but waited a few hours and I was able to delete them when they went to offline status

Ah that's good to hear, we have made that more sensitive on the R2 so that should make its way over to the XR range as well.
