Hey, welcome to the forum!

Resync the cloud from the Ping Heatmap :menu icon, if that's still happening we'll need to update it but the servers should still be in the same location generally and so can be forced using the Geo-Filter

Hi I have resynched cloud and tried everything I can see on forums and videos, only ever these servers show up , only bought the router about 2 weeks ago and had this since first install

I wouldn't bother much about the server locations not popping up plus you get to see them on Geo-filter at loading screen, besides this doesn't affect the functionality of the router. Its general knowledge of where the servers are not much has changed over the years.

The best would be to refer to the geofilter when launching the game!

We'll get Ping Heatmap updated this week and then it should show correctly, if you haven't seen it populate properly before then you may have needed to resync the cloud as the update may not have been downloaded to your router. Good advice above!

Hi, possible that this update removed the Singapore servers a few days ago? I noticed because I've been getting connected to other countries even though my geo filter is set to Singapore. Can you please fix it?

We can certainly double check it yes, it might be mislocated, try using Ping Assist to see if you can connect to it
