Message I’ve reset my modem & cleared my cache on my internet browser & tried entering 192.168.77.1 in an incognito web & still can’t access to the netduma settings can someone tell me what to do.

Could you please try disconnecting the R2 from power for ten minutes. After this, reconnect it again and see if you're able to complete the setup wizard successfully. Sometimes the R2 can get itself into a funny state if there's residual power hanging around in there, so turning it off for at least ten minutes helps to clear this.

Why is this still a thing with the netduma routers?

It's not an issue that is easily replicated, also due to the nature of the issue we can't glean any information from the router itself about why it happened, the more updates we do though the more stable it becomes.
