Hi I’ve tried logging in my netduma r2 today & it hasn’t been working I’ve tried unplugging it leaving it for 10mins & plugging it in after 2mins I check nothing okay I hard reset wait 2mins still nothing I had to unplug hard reset plug in & hard reset again for it to finally get a response from 192.168.77.1 once I get a response the internet kept going out every 6seconds I did everything for the set up wizard but once I click save & next after creating a wifi it gives me DumaOS is not running! Message I’ve reset my modem & cleared my cache on my internet browser & tried entering 192.168.77.1 in an incognito web & still can’t access to the netduma settings can someone tell me what to do.

Could you please try disconnecting the R2 from power for ten minutes. After this, reconnect it again and see if you're able to complete the setup wizard successfully. Sometimes the R2 can get itself into a funny state if there's residual power hanging around in there, so turning it off for at least ten minutes helps to clear this.

I left it off all night it gives me internet but can’t access 192.168.77.1

Could you open a command prompt in Windows (Press Windows key + R, then type cmd and hit Enter) and enter the command ipconfig then send us a screenshot of the output?

It's not an issue that is easily replicated, also due to the nature of the issue we can't glean any information from the router itself about why it happened, the more updates we do though the more stable it becomes.
