Zennon
There is no packet loss on the hops it is coming from your modem by the looks of things. It could be a bad Ethernet cable between the modem and duma.

Zennon
Try a new Ethernet cable from the modem to duma and retest if you can.

Alex49H
Sorry I tried different Ethernet cables and I was still getting 80 to 100 percent packet loss at Hop 1. I tried posting screenshots from my iPhone and tablet but didn't work.

In comparison I have a 3 machine set up Modem / 7800n / Netduma and look at my ping and packet loss on the first 2 hops which are duma then 7800n. Now if things play fine for you and your internet works fine it could be a bug.
