promatthewhd
In the R1 user interface in device manager, it says I have 2 IP addresses for one device. It also says it is not connected, even though it is. Why does my Xbox have 2 IPs and says it isn't connected?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted July 28, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted July 28, 2015 I think it is just IPs it has used in the passed when it shows more than one. It is on the ticket system to autodelete IPs for a device when they aren't used anymore And does the device have an internet connection? If it does don't worry about it saying it isn't connected. Maybe you should try rebooting the router if you would like it to.

What you can do is disconnect all the devices to the R1 except the modem and restart the device from the GUI. Then go into device manager and delete all the IP's except the current active IP for the XBOX.
Od1n
you get two different IPs if your Xbox is running wifi and cable from time to time, one for each connection type
