2 IP addresses for 1 device?

I think it is just IPs it has used in the passed when it shows more than one. It is on the ticket system to autodelete IPs for a device when they aren't used anymore :)

And does the device have an internet connection? If it does don't worry about it saying it isn't connected. Maybe you should try rebooting the router if you would like it to.

It's as Crossy said, it does not have an auto delete of unused IP's. What you can do is disconnect all the devices to the R1 except the modem and restart the device from the GUI. Then go into device manager and delete all the IP's except the current active IP for the XBOX.

you get two different IPs if your Xbox is running wifi and cable from time to time, one for each connection type

This would show as two completely different devices though I believe :)
