not getting speed

hello,Everyone

 

i am getting trouble in speed , i change my plan and my ISP gave me 50mbps dwn/ 50mbps up

but i connect R1 its only give 3-4 mbps dwn/ 13-14 mbps up

i talk my ISP he told me to check on dial up so i check it and the speed is exact what he gave me he told me your router have some problem lol 

so i dont know whats going on ,,,,,do you guyz have some settings to try or suggestion

Can you make sure you have congestion control set to 100% when doing the tests. Also press 'Reset Distribution' and 'Update Distribution' before doing the test. Finally make sure you are doing the test wired

You shouldn't really need to make any adjustments from default to get => Miscellaneous and also disable IPv6 in Settings >> WAN and Settings >> LAN. You should use the pre-emptive algorithm but if that is still slow try the reactive one
