I wouldn't recommend putting your PC in the DMZ, what is the model of your ISP modem/router and is that in modem mode or did you put the R2 in its DMZ?

It's quite likely that it's a misreading, disable the Geo-Filter before you load up the game, does it appear open then?

Check your NAT status on Windows:

Go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking

It will automatically run the test, this will usually fail

Click 'Fix it' and wait for the confirmation message

Click 'Check again'

It should come back with your NAT type

If it is Open then it is highly likely the game is misreading your NAT Type.

Yes

Can you double check the WAN IP of the R2 is still the same as the IP in the Sagecom DMZ? It may have changed since and you'll need to put the new IP in there. I'd also suggest reserving the IP address of the R2 from the Sagecom interface so it doesn't change in future.

Okay I will try after work . But DMZ is now disable as you recommend

To be clear, only disable the DMZ for the PC on the R2. Keep the DMZ enabled for the WAN IP of the R2 on the Sagecom.
