David marin Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 Hi I have Nat moderate on warzone 2 upnp is enable I opened ports and continue wit the same Nat
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2023 Administrators Posted January 29, 2023 What platform are you playing on? If a console does it say moderate on the console network test?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2023 Administrators Posted January 29, 2023 Have a run through of this guide and see if that gets you sorted: https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
David marin Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 I tried everything and continue Nat moderate
David marin Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 I tried again about DMZ and now is open thank you so much
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2023 Administrators Posted January 29, 2023 I wouldn't recommend putting your PC in the DMZ, what is the model of your ISP modem/router and is that in modem mode or did you put the R2 in its DMZ?
David marin Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 It’s Sagemcom fast 3890v2 modem I put both on DMZ
David marin Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 I disable DMZ again and then I have Nat moderate again
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2023 Administrators Posted January 29, 2023 It's quite likely that it's a misreading, disable the Geo-Filter before you load up the game, does it appear open then?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2023 Administrators Posted January 29, 2023 Check your NAT status on Windows: Go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking It will automatically run the test, this will usually fail Click 'Fix it' and wait for the confirmation message Click 'Check again' It should come back with your NAT type If it is Open then it is highly likely the game is misreading your NAT Type. David marin Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 It’s Sagemcom fast 3890v2 modem I put both on DMZ
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2023 Administrators Posted January 29, 2023 Did you do fix it and check again? It always seems to fail on the first test
David marin Posted January 29, 2023 Author Posted January 29, 2023 I don’t have the optio to click “fix it”
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 29, 2023 Administrators Posted January 29, 2023 Was it the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page that you put in the Sagecom DMZ?
Netduma Liam Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 5 hours ago, David marin said: Yes Can you double check the WAN IP of the R2 is still the same as the IP in the Sagecom DMZ? It may have changed since and you'll need to put the new IP in there. I'd also suggest reserving the IP address of the R2 from the Sagecom interface so it doesn't change in future.
David marin Posted January 30, 2023 Author Posted January 30, 2023 Okay I will try after work . But DMZ is now disable as you recommend
Netduma Liam Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 1 hour ago, David marin said: Okay I will try after work . But DMZ is now disable as you recommend To be clear, only disable the DMZ for the PC on the R2. Keep the DMZ enabled for the WAN IP of the R2 on the Sagecom. David marin 1
