Dip3hittyo Posted January 15, 2023 Posted January 15, 2023 Good day - I get this error constantly when trying to load the geo-filter. Looking for a little help on how to fix this? I have only had this router for a few days. TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'ip.split')
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 15, 2023 Administrators Posted January 15, 2023 Which router are you using the XR1000 or the R2? What firmware version are you on currently? If you reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access are you able to load it without error?
Dip3hittyo Posted January 15, 2023 Author Posted January 15, 2023 I have the R2, Firmware is R2 3.2.453 and it doesn't matter if I restart it from a web browser or by unplugging it.

Dip3hittyo Posted January 18, 2023 Author Posted January 18, 2023 So yes, it was after changing some settings. The only way I could get it to work was to factory reset. One thing I noticed is that it is sometimes slow to load certain apps. Not sure if that is normal or not. Other than that it is running good now.
