Kushty Posted November 25, 2022 Posted November 25, 2022 hi guys, ive been trying to get the vpn to work but it keeps telling me "failed" not sure whats going on tbh i use pia as my provider not sure if that makes a difference any suggestions on how to fix it, ive tried multiple config files
Netduma Liam Posted November 25, 2022 Posted November 25, 2022 Welcome to the forum! Are you using WireGuard or OpenVPN config files? Can you double check the username and password you're entering are definitely correct (for OpenVPN only)?
Kushty Posted November 25, 2022 Author Posted November 25, 2022 I’m using openvpn config user name and password are correct I managed to get it to connect instead of saying failed I just had to reset it, but now when I load games it won’t connect me to the service and occasionally disconnects the internet on my console
