Ping Heatmap

Hallo zusammen, ich nutze aktuell den XR1000 mit dem DrayTek Vigor 167.

 

Meine Heatmap funktioniert nicht, siehe Screenshot. Generell habe ich das gefühl, dass auch der Geofilter nichts bringt.

Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen?

If you resync cloud from the three-line menu in the top left of the Ping Heatmap map, that should be working now.

Hey, i fixed that, thank you.

 

But I have another problem with QoS, it only works for my Download Speed. I have always Bufferbloat in Uploading.

I already set Download and Upload Speed to 70%. But I got the whole upload speed. 
 

All Devices are connected to de XR1000.

Are you using PPPoE, VLAN or IPv6 by any chance?

PPPoE for Log in to the Internet, no IPV6 or VLAN.

Okay that will be why the upload isn't throttling properly then. We have fixed this for the next firmware version but in the meantime I would suggest allowing your modem or another router to handle PPPoE instead of the XR.
