xbox live impossible

HI everyone

I just upgraded my R1 to the new maj 3.

the xbox is now in nat moderated upnp failure, i can't access the live 

netduma gives me 1 IP address different from the xbox one!!!!?

Did you do a factory reset after the upgrade? Do you have the R1 in the DMZ of your modem? 

What do you mean a different IP address?

merci de repondre si tard

non je n ai pas procédé a factory  usine apres l update 

cependant l installation c est bien passé et dashbord parfait

mais en allumant la box / double nat /nat /modere/echec upnp

apres reboot ips et Duma et relancer plusieurs fois la box 

---) nat ouvert mais maintenant je n ai plus acces au dashbord qui ne s affiche plus

initialement la xbox m a attribué 1 adress IP différente de celle attribué par le netduma

la xbox finit par 156 et le duma par 199

j ai donc réattribué au netduma la meme IP que la xbox 

nat ouvert mais pas d interface dashboard

merci 

je reprend apres 3 ans d absences désolé
