SleeplyKnight
This evening while I was online I noticed xbox services would no longer connect. After checking outages I did a speed test from my xbox and from my PC and both are getting downloads right around 100 Mbps. My internet package is setup for 600 Mbps and usually tests around 400-500 Mbps. I bypassed the netduma and plugged my PC directly into my ISP equipment and tested the internet at 430 Mbps. Is there something that could have happened to my netduma? I have disabled QoS on the netduma for now but that hasn't helped. Thanks!
Netduma Liam
Could you please go to Device Manager, click the three-line menu in the top left of the Device Map and switch to table view. Can you then post a screenshot of the top table, called 'Ports table'?
SleeplyKnight
Port 1 is a printer, 2 is a switch, 3 is my xbox and 4 is a voip phone.
Netduma Liam
Thanks for that, that looks OK to me. Can you run a Connection Benchmark test from the R2 and see what the results are? If you completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control, do speeds improve?
SleeplyKnight
Here is a screenshot of the benchmark. Completely disabling QoS did fix the speeds on the speed test sites. Have I buggered up something in the QoS settings?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 4, 2022 Administrators Share Posted November 4, 2022 Looks like you've set your bandwidth speeds to 100 download & upload so if you update that and then re-enable QoS then you should get your normal speeds again
