I'm making all the adjustments.  My ping drops to 45 milliseconds.  But after a while.. A day later it goes up to 80 90s. No matter what adjustment I make, this does not change. What am I doing wrong? I don't understand.

Where are you seeing the ping, on the Geo-Filter or in game? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS & Geo-Filter pages please?

Are ALL devices connected to the R2 or are some connected to the Internet Provider router?

What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Do you have the R2 in its DMZ?

Can you provide a screenshot of the top & bottom of the QoS page please? Where approximately are you located?

Do you have the R2 in the Asus DMZ? Does the Asus have QoS enabled?

Set Upload Congestion Control to 70%, reset Bandwidth Allocation, remove all Traffic Prioritization rules other than the Games Console one and enable that.

Where approximately are you located? Does the Asus have QoS enabled?

Your ping to the game server as shown by the Geo-Filter page is about right for your location to the server. In game is higher due to processing delay that all games have (but not all choose to include in their calculation) this can increase based on server load so during peak times - evenings, weekends etc this is likely to be higher so it makes sense that the later the day gets that this increases. There isn't too much you can do about it other than trying to force different servers, however, with the QoS changes I mentioned that will keep your side of the internet as stable as possible.

I don't have a problem with Pink. mostly the send rate hits 150-200 and it's because my shots didn't find the target exactly.

Your Bandwidth Allocation flower suggests that you only have three devices on your network, is that correct? If other devices (mobile phones, tablets, smart TVs, IoT devices) are connected to the Asus or another router, this could cause your hit registration to feel off in game.

I am at home, I am the only one using the internet. There is no other user but me. Also, only the r2 router is connected to the Asus modem, and no other devices are connected.I don't have a problem with Pink. mostly the send rate hits 150-200 and it's because my shots didn't find the target exactly.

OK thanks for confirming.

Can you please do the following:

  1. Disable all rules in Traffic Prio
  2. Delete the rule you have that is currently disabled where you've got the PS5 added as a games console.
  3. Re-add the rule, select your PS5 and Select Games Console again.
  4. Reboot your PS5 and play a few games with QoS set how we've suggest so far in this thread

Let me know how you get on with this.

Just to clarify, this is the speeds you pay for from your ISP right? If not, can you let us know what speeds you expect?
