No internet conection

Hi! After factory reset the router does not recognize my isp username and password. After i set the wan up it just say that it could not find any conection..

Could you clarify which router you're using exactly? You've posted in the R2 forum but your account says you have an XR300.

Which username and password isn't being recognised exactly? Are you referring to the Wi-Fi credentials?

Can you connect a device directly to the DumaOS router via an ethernet cable and try accessing the interface that way?

Well It worked after i made 3 factory resets  just like the other time again! Thx for response!!!
