Bernard
Hello, The first days of using my R2 I set geo filter for my PS5 and PS4. It seems it was working but I wasn't really sure the benefit. I turned it off for the device because I had issue chatting on game with people outside the area set even when I added their IP in the "Allow and Deny". After weeks I'm revisiting the page and it doesn't show anything but the few IPs I set in the "Allow and Deny" panel. No more device or servers/player even when I'm in game. (Vanguard) When I add a device it doesn't do anything. I tried ReSync Cloud but it hand forever and end with a time out error. This on Safari OSX. I tried on Firefox and it showed on startup : Geo filter... uncaught exception: Unmatched device

That'll help us see if there's anything missing.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 7, 2022 Administrators Share Posted September 7, 2022 I suspect the error is occurring as you may have deleted the device from the Device Manager when it was still added to the Geo-Filter, if you reconnect the device to the router and give it the same name/device type does that get rid of the error? Bernard
It was my PS5 and it has been reconnected since then. It has the same "kind" of device. Naming and IP, I can't say for sure...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 7, 2022 Administrators Share Posted September 7, 2022 If you're not sure what it was named then the best solution unfortunately is a factory reset to remove the error
Bernard
Did the reset factory... Which is a pain as long as there is no option to backup a "clean" configuration.

Yes it did solve the Geo-filter issue. However my log is still filled with "sh: net-cgi: not found" that I thought was related. CES
not sure if this would help u, but i did a manual flash of my system. just downgrade the firmware then update and it should working again. this happened to me as well and when i did that everything was fine afterwards. just keep in mind that every time you do and "update" or "downgrade" you need to factory reset. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19, 2022 Administrators Share Posted September 19, 2022 The logs are primarily for developers so it does show normal background processes that can appear like issues but they're nothing to worry about
