HellolmChris
Hello folks, I've just received my Duma R2 and set it up as follows: Placed the WAN IP of the R2 into the Default DMZ Server section, under Advanced on the Sky Q Hub Connected the R2 from the Internet port using Ethernet to the Sky Hub in Port 1. Connected the switch which has three other wired devices into port 1 of the R2. My issue is that, whilst I have internet, I cannot now connect to the Netduma R2 interface. I go to 192.168.77.1 and it just times out. Am I being really stupid? The macbook I'm using is connected, via the switch, into the back of the Netduma R2 port 1... Thanks in advance! Netduma Liam
Welcome to the forum! Are you able to get to the R2's interface if you connect your Macbook directly to one of the yellow LAN ports on the back of the R2? If so, can you please let us know the make and model of the switch you have?
HellolmChris
I've managed to resolve this. I forced my Macbook into a static DNS and then connected. Then I reset the R2 and went through the setup process again and it appears to have sorted it! Many thanks! One question I do have, when enabling the Geo Filter for Destiny 2 on PS5, it just gives me the option to choose Destiny (PC) and then says I can't filter. How do I bypass this? Thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 7, 2022 Administrators Share Posted September 7, 2022 When adding to the Geo-Filter select the Manual option and it will add with the Games Console service and you'll be able to filter then
