raenellhunter89
I'm using my netduma router with my Verizon 5g home router and I keep experiencing lag. I have the netduma wired to the other router and wired to my playstation and xbox. Is there a way for me not to Experience a lot of lag?

How do you currently have QoS setup? If you haven't setup QoS yet, I'd suggest following this guide: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 9, 2022 Administrators Share Posted September 9, 2022 Are ALL devices connected to the R2? The guide gives you some tips, generally we recommend around 1000km radius. What games are you playing that you can't use the Geo-Filter for? Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 11, 2022 Administrators Share Posted September 11, 2022 We can continue to troubleshoot the R2, especially if you're being prevented access. Thanks for the screenshot, it appears there are very few servers for the game, in the US, just one on the East and one on the West coast so you would need to force one of those to get a game.
