Bernard
Hi, I'm new to DumaOS with an R2 router and I have 15 to 20 devices on my Network. However I have a lot of visitors and friends and each one add a new device on my network that is not removed after sometimes.  This is how it looks ! 😳 It prevents me to use properly some features like the Bandwidth allocation. I don't want to reset my router every 2 month. How can I clean temporary devices ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 5, 2022 Administrators Share Posted September 5, 2022 Welcome to the forum! Click the  icon on the Device Manager panel and click the button to remove offline devices and that will resolve it for you.
Bernard
Thanks for your reply. Now thinking about it I did that already but seems it wasn't applied. I had to do it 2 or 3 times to have it applied. (My R2 has been updated to v.3.2.453 right after first setup and it is pretty slugish) Is there a way, while removing offline devices to keep offline device with a Reserved IP ? Sometimes you'll need to clear your browser's cache after this, as the browser may have cached the page with all the old devices on it. There isn't a way to only remove devices without static IPs as yet, though as a workaround you could configure a static IP on the device itself, rather than on the router. Then when they connect to the router they'll always have the same IP as long as it's available. Bernard
