Netduma R2 no connection

i cannot connect the netduma r2 to the internet. I can't enter the router page and if I press the reset button it doesn't seem to reset.

make sure you have a deep enough tip to take the reset button and remember to hold it down for at least 30 seconds.  must be reset by force.

@cs10 How are you connected to the R2? Via wired or wireless? Could you please disconnect all cables, including power, for at least ten minutes.

After that, please reconnect only the power cable and leave it for 5 minutes. Does the 2.4 and 5Ghz lights then start flashing?

If so, see if you can connect to the Wi-Fi and then go to 192.168.77.1 in your web browser.
