Judging by your IP on the forum you're not using IPv6 so that is strange. Are you using automatic network settings on the console itself or manual? Have you made any console specific settings on the router?

Yes I am using automatic set up .The on this I did on the r2 was give it a reserved  address. Ihave ipv6 checked on the wan or the lan side  that's  the only way I can get it to work.

After I did the reset .I  thought I bricked the router because of all the words showing up but I did as I was told and all of the words are gone now .But the only way my ps5 would go on line was to have ipv6 checked.all of my other devices  worked fine.

Could you set manual DNS in the router WAN Settings and then restart the console and see if it works with IPv6 off please?

I'm sorry but i'm not sure. what dns to use.I also forgot to mention if mtu should be turned on .Because it was off after the reset i turned it on and made it 1500.

When you turn IPv6 are you turning it off on the LAN & WAN? As I can see it's off for LAN but not WAN, if you're not then that could be the problem. It can be off and will use the default value. Can you disable IPv6 on LAN & WAN then see if it gets a connection please?

I am online now with it off. Should i have everything off in the wan . Thanks for the seedy replies

Okay great so that was it, if you're disabling IPv6 you'll need to do it in LAN & WAN. You don't need all the options disabled in WAN but you can do if you wish, generally would recommend having the protection options on if you're not having any issues with speed.
