Welcome to the forum!

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

Open a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, then go to http://192.168.1.1/. It should then load better for you.

If it's a browser you've used to access the interface before, I'd suggest just clearing the cache in that browser as well.

I did that already. Along with multiple restarts. Clearing the web browser history. Trying multiple browsers, incognito…mobile app. Reinstalling firmware. I still get the same message. Messed up as soon as the mobile application changed. Only think I didn’t do was the factory reset which I’m about to do now.
